Welcome to SENSARA. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SENSARA. The online store is operated through the Shopify platform.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This store sells products intended exclusively for adults.

We reserve the right to refuse orders if there are suspicions regarding the customer’s age.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

The customer is responsible for providing correct billing and shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

7. RETURN POLICY 🔁 (VERY IMPORTANT)

According to EU legislation, you have the right to return products within 14 days, EXCEPT FOR:

❌ unsealed intimate products
❌ products that can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons

✔ We accept returns ONLY if:

the product is sealed
the packaging is intact
it has not been used
8. HYGIENE AND SAFETY 🧼

All products are new and sealed.

For health protection reasons:
➡️ Unsealed products CANNOT be returned.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials (images, texts, logo) belong to SENSARA and may not be used without permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that the website will function without errors.

We are not responsible for:

improper use of the products
possible individual reactions

We reserve the right to modify these terms without notice.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
